Thank you for your interest in Misterbin. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please contact us and our team will assist you. 

Please remember to keep the original packaging until your product is fully installed. This will make the return process a lot easier, should you need to return your order. 

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. 

• A 15% restocking fee will be applied for opened boxes

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will provide a refund confirmation

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to an error on our part.
