Really impressed with the build quality. Instructions were clear outside of one type (there are four hinges on the front door vs. quoted three in the manual). Disappointed though that the two side panels both had damage. One is slightly bent at the top and the other has a nick in it near the bottom and two dents. While unpacking, felt there was way too much room for movement of individual components. Security video showed FedEx driver literally rolling the box end over end across our yard to the front door, yet the box held up. No telling if what the Fedex driver did caused the damage. Waiting a month with zero communication about my order...which was not great customer service. Happy for you that you have that much business but room for improvement in packaging and communication. I waited so long, and once I had everything open, the components took up so much space, I went ahead and built it even though I saw the two damaged side panels. Didn't want to wait another month for a replacement shipment or components. Would appreciate black touch up paint so I can touch up the one nicked area where exposed metal is showing.
Shipping took a minute, but once it arrived, the carrier brought it up to the end of the driveway and the common sense instructions made it easy to assemble two of them in a couple of hours. Really looks fantastic and works as intended. Wish it did a little better on uneven ground, but I'm able to adjust the feet to get it almost level. Looking forward to putting them to use.
Amazing product! Don’t think about it just buy it it’s so beautiful and the quality is the best!
Great customer service on time delivery really high quality product
Delivery took a little longer than expected but product is excellent and assembly was very easy. Highly recommend this product.
Great product. Good look. Very affordable versus alternatives
Perfect!
Was easy to put together. Pieces engineered well. Good looking and solved our issue of exposed trash cans. Also. I order the wrong size initially. They quickly reshipped the correct ones and provided pick docs for the return. Great customer service! Highly recommend
Outstanding product, quality, and craftsmanship. This looks more like an elevated piece of modern furniture and the enclosure fits our 96 gal trash and recycling receptacles perfectly. Highly recommend these products.
We recently moved into a house we had built, so we're starting from scratch with everything—including the yard. In addition to landscaping, we had a path made of irregular stones installed from the driveway to the back of the house. We didn't want the garbage, recycling, and dog poop containers just sitting out in the open, which would defeat the purpose of the investment we'd made in the side yard. We purchased two Mister Bins, and they're not only visually attractive, but also well-built and functional. The metal is solid. The magnets mean the doors close with a satisfying grip. The lids open smoothly and stay open until you close them. And the Mister Bins logo etched into the metal is the kind of attention to detail that a craftsman would care about. The parts were clearly labeled, and the instructions were complete and easy to follow. I'd give Mister Bins ELEVEN stars if I could.
Perfect Fit
Arrived fast and was pretty easy to put together. One of the lock latches was bent but the other one was fine. Just used one and plugged the holes on the other one.
Exactly as described. Exceptional build quality with clearly written instructions for assembly. Lightweight and fully functional. Longer than expected shipping but excellent customer service that kept me in the loop regarding the cause and updated shipping date.
Product is great but their projected ship dates are way off. Be prepared to wait months for it to arrive with no mention of back orders before you make your purchase. They were kind enough to offer a 10% refund when I called them out but it was still frustrating to buy something that wasn’t properly represented before the purchase. The whole process took 2 months from order to receiving the bin.
Hardware is of high quality. Instructions were easy to follow. Good product.
Pneumatic hinges, lockable. Nice finish. Looks really nice. Thank you!
Nice clean look
It sure takes a long time to assemble them look nice when finished
The bins are exactly as advertised and are actually a little bigger than I thought they would be. Assembly was pretty easy for 1 person and they seem really well made. All of the hardware is good and heavy, holes line up perfectly, and I didn’t strip any of the screws which was a nice surprise considering most of the assemble yourself stuff has trash screws.
Great product, just got them together and happy with the look and quality!
Just as advertised
Such a high quality product that looks beautiful! They really improved our home curb appeal! I highly recommend!
Nice!
They took a bit of time to arrive but quality seems great and they look amazing! Haven't put them in use until our driveway is redone but can't wait to get them in place!
Very nice product! Easy to assemble. Arrived with a few dents. I don’t blame the manufacturer for them. I wish they designed a left and right since when I put two together, the Mister Bin logo on the one side is hidden. They are very nice!
Looks nice; works great. It’s heavy, which is good. KC
Exceeded expectations
Waiting to see how effective this is. Hoping for the best!
They look excellent, makes the driveway look very clean.
unfortunately my unit came damaged on the top. I blame shipping but my lower rating is due to dent on top of my bin. Otherwise the product is perfect.
Looks great. Fairly easy installaion
Love them
One of the bins went together perfectly. The other is a little out of line doesn't line up like the other.
i received the wrong color
Great product with great customer service!
Great purchase experience! Received order very timely.
Looking feel just like it was presented in the video. The gauge of the sheet metal is acceptable all in all it’s a great looking product with good function..
Quality product, easy to assemble.
Took a while to arrive with no communication but the set up was pretty straightforward. My top arrived with a dent in it.
