Depending on your driveway, road conditions, truck size, or other access restrictions, the driver may not be able to pull into your driveway or bring the shipment to your garage, home, or desired storage location. There was some minor damage to one of the bins, not a big deal as it was located on the top frame and barely visible. It appeared to be a shipping issue. Overall, they are very nice and very well built.
Package arrived extremely well protected. All the holes lined up perfectly for assembly. And while the assembly directions could be somewhat improved, the assembly is relatively self-explanatory and no major issues. The unit looks great and now I’m curious to see how it holds up to a Buffalo winter.

I'm in the process of putting together the first bin cover (I got 2). Assembly is not too difficult (I'm a 70 yr old female) however your parts labeling could have been a bit better. I cannot find the black cushion bumpers you note in one of the steps. I see a few small black discs in a bag called connector but they don't fit on the screw heads and are much smaller than the ones depicted in the written & video instructions. Where might I find them? The written and video instructions also say the front door takes 3 hinges but the bag has 4 hinges and the right side panel and the front door have holes for 4, so I assumed your instructions were geared more for the smaller bin covers than the large ones that I got and I placed the 4th hinge on the door. I'm a little nervous that these might be good in CA or FL and not so durable for northern NY State's cold and wind but time will tell

We love our product. Two comments: communication on order status should be worked on. I don’t mind it was late but need accurate date. Secondly, we were confused on measurements. Turns out we had to move a magnet that secures door down because our garbage bin has a “lip” at top. Hubs drilled new hole. But, great product! Looks nice, well made.

The delivery estimate was accurate. The materials are of great quality. Assembly was fairly easy. When I needed a replacement part, it was sent out immediately and arrived within just a few days. Your product makes my toter area look amazing now. I have a feeling when the other people in my neighborhood see them, you will get more orders from my area.
These bins were perfect for hiding our unsightly trash containers. The large misterbin was big enough to hold the 95 gallon container. We had a concrete slab put in on the side of our garage for the 2 bins. That freed up space in our garage. The assembly was fairly easy and was accomplished in less than 2 hours. The instructions were easy to follow. All the parts and hardware were packaged well and nothing was damaged or missing. I was surprised to see a screwdriver and wrench also included. We are very happy with our Misterbins.
I assembled MisterBin in my driveway. Upon completion, I had MisterBin in the middle of my driveway! I could not move it! No rollers/wheels! Weighs a ton! VERY difficult to move. Also, MisterBin is about 1” too narrow for my trash bin despite ordering per measurements. High quality and easy assembly
Great product easy to build sturdy and exceptionally good looking
Only received one of two bins on order..been weeks now.
My husband is a very experienced assembler (he did it for a living at one time), and he said that the bins were easy to put together (we bought two). The stone patio area where they sit isn't quite level or even, so he had a little bit of trouble getting the door and latch to line up evenly. But he figured out a way (perhaps by using a shim), and now they look great and are MUCH easier to roll our bins in and out of. I also love that we no longer have to pull the bin out to open the lid and add something. They look much classier than our old wooden bin shed. I highly recommend Mister Bin!
We ordered two medium bins and assembled both. After assembly our garbage can would only fit in one. We measured the bins and the smaller one is exactly one inch smaller in height, depth and width. The one bin is exactly 47 x 30 x 34. This is exactly correct. The other one is 46 x 29 x 33- exactly one inch smaller.
Your packaging was outstanding. Ironically there were two small dents on the one side panel from someone using a forklift to move it. Give your packaging design people 5 stars.
